Benefits of hiring a Health and Wellness Coach:
Life can throw us curve balls. My work helps clients sort through their current states of health and wellness challenges and we create together a strategy to move one towards their unique goals of wholeness. We connect by phone or in person and these sessions can be daily for those who need support to create new patterns for just a few minutes each or up to 30 minutes each session weekly. It depends on your needs as to the length of time we have together. New patterns take generally 12 weeks to become habit, so I work best with you with at least a three month commitment.
